Unlike most fabricators taking 5-6 weeks to install, making it longer for you to enjoy your new remodel. Our custom cabinet shop allows us to custom match existing cabinets, vanities, custom wood hood ranges, and much more. BATHROOM REMODELING
Bathroom remodeling is one of Green Home Remodeling main specialties. Using one of the best waterproofing methods, Colin Stanley's 40 years of experience in floated mud packs gives us the most affordable custom shower system. Our shower system method has proven to guarantee longevity for your expensive tiles. With an electrician on staff, it makes heated floors a lot smoother of a process. Our most common seller is 12x24 tiles, but we are equipped to install every range of tiles. Grohe is the one of the highest quality shower systems to go with. Your Grohe shower system will out live your stay in your home. Our custom cabinet shop allows us to build custom vanities to match the style you’re going for.

HOME ADDITIONS
Green Home Remodeling has done many home additions. most recently we converted 2 garages for a duplex into master bedrooms and bathrooms for each unit. Home Additions can be a fairly quick process on the ground floor. Second story home additions take more planning with the city which can be costly. We have added a "second story” to a home via dormers, the difficult part with adding a second story to a home is the additional post downs, usually the foundation base isn’t rated for the extra weight, needing larger concrete footings to support the extra load on the house.

custom ADu's
Green Home Remodeling builds stationary custom ADUs onsite. The one in the picture was made to be an exercise room. It has its own AC system, durable life-proof floors with a padded foam underneath, and its own sub panel for bigger appliances such as treadmill or electric stationary bikes. These stationary ADUs are ideal for the cramped Seattle area style homes. Depending on your cities zoning laws, you can make your ADU as big as the city allows. Whether it's for an extra room, storage space, an office, or a rented out studio appartment, Green Home Remodeling is prepared to create the most sustainable addition for your properties needs.
