fire place remodel
We were faced with concrete floors and walls for this remodel. Making it more difficult to lay hardwood and drywall, but not impossible, with the help of our talented crew members.

Our company utilizes an Italian large format tile saw enabling us to efficiently and accurately take on larger rock/tile jobs compared to the standard saws in use elsewhere.

We were faced with a load bearing wall, and a vaulted ceiling, restricting us with the amount of room we had to install a beam in the celling.

We were able to blend the new beam in with the original style of the house, giving them plenty of space to move around the kitchen freely.
cedar ceiling plank repair (before)
with our fine woodworking skills, we are able to cut into a cedar plank ceiling and make a repair. backing was added using liquid nails so you don’t see wouldn’t see any nail holes, to give the extra strength to the new boards going up.

Walls cramping kitchen space. Our engineer came out and drew up a plan to get rid of these walls.

This is after the walls have been removed, the ceiling floor joist have been reinforced to eliminate any bounce.

Our clients didn’t want so many separate rooms, so we cut open and framed a new walkway, to allow more mobility and natural light to flow through the home.
hardwood floors
These are 3 1/4 white oak hardwood floors. We had to replace the subfloor because the previous subfloor was MDF.

Green Home Remodeling prides themselves in their ability to make custom hardwood kitchen cabinets at or close to the same price as over seas and locally made veneer cabinets. For the same price, you could have a custom kitchen with real wood grain in a more timely manner, vs having to deal with shipping mistakes, delays, and cabinets not fitting how they should. Green Home Remodeling LLC offers a wide variety of bathroom styles. Regardless if you want a basic shower system, or a more advanced steam shower system, our on staff plumber can lay out any style of shower system. We offer many different tile layout styles, low curb, mix n match, steam shower (tiles on the ceiling), etc. We offer heated floors using the Ditra system. GHR uses a mud pack shower pan system to ensure long lasting durability, but you can upgrade to a Wedi system on request. If the horribly out of alignment and quality vanities at HD or anywhere else you’ve looked haven’t been up to your standard, GHR offers custom vanities to top off your bathroom. From a wide variety, of any drawer/door placement, any type of wood and/or stain you’d like, sink placement, handle color/style/placement. For door styles we offer shaker, overlay, and inset. We make all our vanities from hardwoods, if pained cabinets are more your preference GHR uses a paint grade poplar instead of MDF, its a lot more durable over the years, and poplar warp out over the years.
